Orders
- Purchase Orders are accepted via fax or e-mail. Phone orders are not accepted.
- All orders are accepted subject to our standard delivery terms. If for any reason, ACE Products cannot meet the required delivery, an ACE representative will contact you.
- All orders are acknowledged via fax or e-mail.
- All changes to orders must be submitted in writing via fax or e-mail.
Production Time/Rush Service
- Blank goods ship within 24-48 hours.
- Normal production time for imprint orders is approximately 5-7 working days for catalog quantities after art approval.
- Production time is based upon stock availability at time of order and credit approval.
- RUSH service available on most products. Please check website or contact factory for additional details.
To qualify for Rush Service(24-Hour or 3 Day Service)
- Order must specify ACE RUSH; otherwise orders will ship with standard production time of 5-7 working days.
- Order must be received by 11:00 am PST. (If order is received later, rush service starts the following day).
- All orders are subject to credit approval. For customers who are required to prepay, production begins upon receipt of payment.
- RUSH service begins upon receipt of order, art & complete instructions.
- Submit artwork per required guidelines below.
Pricing
- Prices include a one color, one position imprint, unless otherwise specified.
- BLANK GOODS: Please use EQP pricing.
- CATALOG PUBLISHED PRICING: Please note due to cost fluctuations, prices are subject to change.
- LARGE QUANTITIES: Please call factory for pricing and delivery.
- CO-OP PRICING: Available on all items. Please call factory for more information.
- OVER & UNDER RUNS: Every effort is made to ship exact quantity. Factory reserves the right to ship 5% over or under quantity ordered and bill accordingly.
- If any promotions or specials are being used, please specify special code on P.O. Pricing will not be adjusted once order is processed by factory.
- LESS THAN MINIMUM: $40.00(v) available on most items. Absolute minimum is 50% of the smallest catalog quantity of the item.
Special Services
- Gift Wrapping: Please call factory for quote.
- Battery insertion: $0.15(v) per battery.
- BATTERIES: Batteries included only in items specified. Cost for batteries:
"AAA" - $0.25(v); "AA" - $0.25(v); "C" - $0.40(v), "D" - $0.50(v). Most button cell batteries - $0.25(v)
- PEN REFILLS – Black medium point ink refill is our standard refill color on all pens. Blue ink refill substitution available at an additional cost of $0.25(v)/pen.
- Photo Inserts: $0.75(v) per photo.
Samples
- SAMPLES: Samples are not returnable and are billed at end quantity price plus freight.
Packaging
- Pens & Bags: Bulk packed.
- All other items: Gift Boxed (Boxes may vary between a white box, silver box, kraft box or a picture box).
- Special packaging available for pens. Please click on "PEN PACKAGING" on the left menu for further information.
Artwork
- ELECTRONIC ART: Preferred method for receipt of art is via e-mail. Please e-mail artwork to art@aceproductsusa.com. Art may be sent on a CD or a USB Drive. Please reference your purchase order number and company name along with your art. Please fax/e-mail a copy of your artwork along with your order. Please convert all text to outline or vector format before sending your art. Accepted Formats for Art: PDF, AI, CDR, EPS, TIFF or High Resolution JPG (300dpi or better) for 1 color only. Please send art in PC format for Illustrator CS5, Corel Draw 12.0 or Photoshop CS5.
- Art will be held on file for repeat setups for 24 months.
- Artwork will be sized for best appearance unless otherwise specified. If artwork requires touch-ups or alteration, we reserve the right to modify the artwork and charge accordingly.
- Factory requires 1/16" registration tolerance for multi color imprints.
- Artwork will be billed at $40(v) per hour.
- TYPESETTING: $10.00(v) minimum charge.
Shipping
- F.O.B. Anaheim, California 92807
- Please specify shipping method on your purchase order.
- Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or via LTL carrier unless otherwise specified. Insurance charges are added to each carton when shipping via UPS or other common carriers.
- All shipping claims are between customer and carrier once goods are shipped, whether customer or factory selects carrier.
- DROP SHIPMENTS: $6.25(v) per location plus shipping charges. First location included.
- EXPORT SHIPMENTS: $25.00(v) per location plus shipping charges. All duties, taxes, and entry fees are customer's responsibility.
- U.S. MAIL SHIPMENTS: $25.00(V) charge applies to all shipments being sent via Post Office.
Terms
- Net 30 days to approved accounts.
- New Customer terms: ORDER MAY REQUIRE PREPAYMENT OR DEPOSIT. Returns/Cancellations
- Customer must inspect all goods immediately upon arrival, and within 7 days, give written notice to ACE Products of any claim. If the customer fails to give notice within 7 days, the customer has accepted and is bound to pay for the goods. No cancellations on USB Flash Drives or Digital Frames.
- All returns must receive prior authorization from factory. Merchandise must be in original cartons.
- All freight costs incurred are customer's responsibility.
- RESTOCKING: 10% on blank goods; no returns on imprinted merchandise.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Customer will be charged all costs incurred until the date of cancellation.
Disclaimer
- This catalog supersedes all previous catalogs, prices and items.
- All prices and product details are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in international exchange rate of the U.S. Dollar.
- ACE Products shall not be responsible for the inability to ship any order due to quota restrictions, clearing through Unites States customs, Homeland Security inspections, or freight delays.
- All artwork, designs and trademarks shown imprinted on the products are reproduced only as examples to illustrate the basic product and its ability to include messages and art on them. Products displayed are not intended to represent that they are either endorsed or produced for the owners of the artwork, design or trademarks.
- All artwork displayed is the property of the respective companies.
- ACE Products cannot duplicate any artwork shown for anyone other than the original distributor.
- ACE Products is not responsible for any typesetting errors in this catalog.
- In some cases product design or shade of color may be changed after the print of this catalog.
- Colors & textures of certain products may vary due to the manufacturing process or characteristic of material
Customers Warranty
- Customer warrants that they have the right to use the artwork, logos that are requested to be placed on ACE Products merchandise.
- Customer warrants that it shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ACE Products and its employees and agents against any claims for damages and costs, including but not limited to Attorney's fees and costs, in any cause of action including, but not limited to an infringement action as a result of imprinting the artwork.
